1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of NoxForge constitutes acceptance of the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of Service
NoxForge is an entertainment and information platform. It provides blockchain data visualization, puzzle experiences, and digital collectibles (NFTs). NoxForge is NOT a financial advisor, broker-dealer, exchange, or investment platform.
3. NFT Purchases
- Entry Sigils, Sigils of Nox, and Labyrinth Marks are digital collectibles on the Solana blockchain.
- All NFT purchases are final. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
- NFTs may lose value. Purchasing an NFT is not an investment.
- NoxForge does not guarantee secondary market value, liquidity, or future utility of any NFT.
4. The Labyrinth
- Entry Sigil fees are non-refundable regardless of completion.
- Puzzle answers are final. No appeals process exists.
- NoxForge reserves the right to modify puzzle mechanics, adjust difficulty, or extend season timelines.
- Reward pool distributions are at NoxForge's sole discretion.
5. Data & Privacy
NoxForge collects minimal data. See the Privacy Policy for details. Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Wallet addresses used to interact with NoxForge are visible on-chain.
6. VexDex Data Disclaimer
VexDex displays blockchain data for informational purposes only. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. VexDex does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. See the Financial Disclaimer.
7. User Conduct
- Do not attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate NoxForge systems, the Labyrinth, or any associated smart contracts.
- Do not share Labyrinth puzzle answers publicly during an active season (hints and discussion are permitted).
- Do not impersonate Vex, EvilEmpire, or NoxForge staff.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on NoxForge — including lore, character designs, puzzle designs, and visual assets — is the property of EvilEmpire. NFT holders own their specific token, not the underlying intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
NoxForge is provided "as is." EvilEmpire is not liable for:
- Loss of funds from blockchain transactions
- Smart contract bugs or exploits
- Puzzle difficulty or perceived unfairness
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party platform failures
10. Modification
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
